Photo Assignment Two
Much like the first photo asst., your task here is to shoot
and edit at least three more amazingly
good photos that would be suitable for the yearbook
Specifications
- 3 to 5 excellent usable photos – all the
usual criteria apply
- Must be shot by you on or after Oct.
21
- Resolution must be at least 1500
pixels by 1000 pixels
- One must be a staff member
(teacher/custodian/secretary etc.) involved in some activity, showing
strong expression
- One must be a student involved in some
activity, showing strong expression
- All others can be of any subject
useful to the yearbook
Where?
- Each
student must make his or her own folder under Shared/Assts/Photo2.
Name the folder using your last name. Save all your photos as Jpegs there. Name them using YOUR NAME this time e.g. JoeThePlumber1.jpg,
JoeThePlumber2.jpg,…
- Upload
the BEST ONE only to YearTech online, to the folder AsstBest. That’s why you need to make sure the
filename has your name in it.
When?
The photos must be in place by Thursday Oct. 30 at the start of Period 5. This time, NO EXTENSIONS! (In the publishing business, you have to get
used to working with real deadlines!)
Yes, you can borrow a camera if you need to. Any of our digital cameras can take great
photos. But it’s easier if you bring
your own camera to school from time to time.
