Here’s a list of possible things you can apply to do for the Yearbook.  There are others too, and we won’t necessarily have one person for each leadership position.  All of you will do several of the listed jobs.

Keep track of info, like who’s in Grade 10; sort it

File & Folder organization, backups

Do backups, make sure files are in the right place

Proof-Readers

can spot a double negative at 50 paces!  They go over each section before it’s submitted, looking for typos, omissions, errors, libelous content, graphic problems, and anything else that detracts from the book.  When the proofs come back, they have a couple of days to do one last check.
